A few years ago I had the pure pleasure of photographing a gorgeous baby shower for a sweet lady with a baby girl on the way.
The decor was a beautiful combination of soft pinks, light blues, purples and white, creating a warm and enchanted feeling to the setup.
Other than the gorgeous mother-to-be on the day, the most incredible part of the day was the incredible cake, it perfectly mirrored the theme and colour scheme. A true work of art was the sweet baby sleeping on a half moon surrounded by gold stars onto of the marbled cake. This cake gave me the feel of a sky-scene as the sun sets when the sun blends pinks and purples together making an artwork masterpiece in the sky.
Capturing this day was a true honour, I also shot some photos of the gorgeous mom but thought I would keep this post specifically focused on the decor and theme of the day as I had the most fun capturing the beauty of the scene just before the family and friends gathered together to celebrate the new addition to their lives.
