What an incredible soup, it must have taken a lot of time, especially with the making of the wrappers.
But man o man, I would just love to have a big bowl of it. I am not vegan, although it seems every time I see your recipes I think why not.
If I get ambitious I may just try some version of that soup. Or at the least, try to make some wontons of my own, I love them.

Oh gosh I'm so flattered by your generous comment! This is something I will do again with premade wontons. I just made them myself because I was too lazy to go and get the right ones hahah. I should have just gone in the end.
