What the heart in deed, our heart is like an engine in the car, if it doesn't run right, there will problems follow soon or something else won't 'run' right, I was lucky that it worked kind of normally for almost 28 years without knowing.
Now it's fixed, will share more, but in short main heart valve was changed for a mechanical one. It's already better, and will be able to do greater stuff from this point onwards.
I do view world differently now though, even more focus on myself and started believing in miracles, will need a year to recover
