Hello friends, today is the 11nd of May, the 52th day of our stay at home with my family because of the Corona Virus.Days are passing and we can not go out of our houses. And this situation is getting more and more boring. we all need to raise their morale and think more positively and be happy. And being happy requires smiling or laughing.Actually they both are the same thing.
Smiling is the magic of our face. Let me explain it a little: We are all social beings. We live in a network that we are at the center. We interact with people with invisible ties. In fact, this network has expanded even more because of social media. People we never know in our lives have an idea about us thanks to the posts we have made.
We do many things to influence the opinions of these people in our lives about us. For example, we renew our hair, change our style of clothing, and even share places where we eat. Sometimes we get a tattoo. We want them to know something about us. We want to be liked and known. All of these actions provoke a reaction in the people around us. So it has a response, it creates an idea about us. We are in contact with the people around us to create this idea. We use our face while establishing all this communication.
What are we doing on our face in order to better connect with the person in front of us and to make a better effect while establishing this communication? The magic of the face is laughing, smiling. It makes you hard to break ties.
I wrote the magic of the face is smiling. After reading this article, take a closer look at the people around you. Examine the traces of life that they had from life. As your life progresses, life will scratch your face with a pen in your hand. All of these scratches contain experience and experience. Look at these scratches by looking for meaning like this. Sometimes you see tonton seniors. They look at you without any facial expressions. It looks, but thanks to the scratches on your face, it looks like you are smiling.
I define smiling as our reaction to the things that life offers us, leaves traces on our faces and caresses in our souls.
In a study I read, it says that children laugh 500 times a day while adults laugh only 20 times a day. Of course, if you say I am a happy person, your daily laughs increase from 20 to 40. If somebody can laugh twice as much as someone, this shows us that laughter actually depends on a perspective on life. Some of us find more, we create reasons for laughing, and who we say, "We believe that something can happen to us if we laugh a lot."
Suddenly, Che Guevara's precious quote came to my mind : "Stand up and smile. Let them wonder why you are smiling."
The Corona virus made us forget to smile and to stand upright despite everything. While all of us were trapped in our homes and a little overwhelmed, we allowed us to read and watch the negative news on the internet and on television and disturb our enjoyment.
Let's smile, friends...
Friends, take care. I wish you a happy and peaceful day.
