As a Bengali nation we are a little more fond of food.
So when we get a chance to eat delicious food, we never miss it.
We are very interested in Chinese or Continental food.
We also love to eat Bangaliana food from time to time.
So yesterday I cooked Bangaliana food.
Small fish curry. Which is made with potatoes and small fish.
In Bengali, this kind of curry is called - "small fish chachhari".
There are different types of fish in our country.
However, among the small fish, putti, tangra, mala, dhela, chela, kachki, etc. fish are very popular with everyone.
Although these fish are small in size, they are not small in nutrition at all. Judging from the nutritional value, there is not much difference between big and small fish.
However, in some cases the amount of nutrients found in small fish is higher. Because small fish can be eaten with thorns, it is not possible to eat big fish with thorns.
Now I am trying to share the recipe for cooking this curry.
Ingredients:
Mashed potatoes
Chopped onion, garlic
A few of the raw peppers
Yellow powder
Pepper powder
Cumin powder
Salt
Cooking oil
Ingredients like quantity
In a bowl, mix oil, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt by hand.
At this stage the potatoes and small fish are smeared.
The last stage of cooking
For my three year old son, I fried some fish in oil. Because feeding small fish to meet the needs of protein, iron, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin-D for young children is very beneficial. These strengthen the body structure.
My son is also very happy to eat these crispy fried fish.
It is very tasty to eat rice with thin lentils with this fish chutney.
Thanks everyone.
