"As I see it from my perspective, the DNA of the city is all those living beings that constitute it, from a tree, insects, animals to the people themselves who live and do routines in the different cities. That is what I want to convey with the title of this publication that includes a series of black and white photographs, where the settings are mostly the street and its people, where I wanted to contrast more with that dark tone and of course as always with the presence of shadows."

"many ideas came to my mind to prepare an old recipe and I opted for the version of Chinese rice Venezuelan style, with sautéed chicken with garlic and pea pods, this ancient culture has prersence in the country for several years and many of their dishes have been added to the menu of several homes, creating delicious combinations of flavors with local ingredients and the personal touch of each family, at home we like this dish with zahahoria as star ingredient for the sweet and crunchy touch that brings."

"This fungus grows on rotting areca leaves, creating an interesting color contrast between the orange of the fungus and the dark brown of the rotting leaves. The size of this mushroom is very small, even smaller than my index finger. Its tiny size presents its own challenges in the shooting process, but this is where the joy of a macro photographer comes in — capturing small details that are not always visible to the naked eye."
