"Sinigang is also a comfort food for many filipinos. Tamarind(Sampaloc, guavas,unripe mangoes,kamias or lemon can be used to sour the soup. For me it is more convenient to use the ready to mix sinigang mix in the market. My Sinigang today is pork Sinigang because this is my teenager’s request."
