This is very common in small town and villages. People afford it free of cost. They simply paste the dungs on the ground or walls to make cake, once dried, they simply use it. I think would make a post on it.... a minimalist way of living.

Sorry for barging into the conversation but I was also puzzled by the fire! Fascinating!
I love Indian cuisine, the city where I live, Durban, has the largest concentration of people from Indian descent, so I'm familiar with many different foods, and when it's cooked over an open fire, it's always much more tasty!
The dish looks very good @steemflow.
