Unfortunately, the DHF itself has an unbelievably high entry threshold.
To be honest, I think it is too low a threshold as only 2-3 people can push some proposals through... SO, from that point of view, it should be higher, especially for those crazy numbers that DHF is paying out...
That's why the idea of a "small DHF" would work better
