Once you have created your trading account you can start to convert effort to cash and if you have a Paypal account, request a payout. Otherwise I can manually convert to tokens on Hive.

Should be able to do it in 3 days or so from login and clicking Performance Ads
I will be adding more ways but first I have to build the code to support future enhancements.
