You'd definitely want to confirm that the snapshot already happened before even considering this (since it says Oct 31st or later). Most likely liquidity providers on uniswap will pull out prior to Oct 31st though.
If after the snapshot the ERC20 tokens have any value, then there is no risk in selling them. I don't expect them to have any value because they have no utility.
