I think that even those with "really great memories" would eventually "run out of storage" or "accidentally delete information" sooner or later, so that's where physical or digital notes would help (a lot). π€π€―π€

Hahaha...well, memory is not really like digital storage, so it doesn't run out of space in the same way, but I will say that it's even worse when you're juggling many important tasks. Digital notes can be helpful, however. π π π β¨ π€

I just used the phrases "run out of storage" and "accidentally delete information" as metaphors. π€― The brain can adapt heavily to changes, and using it a lot (for non-stressful tasks) can help improve it further. π€π
