Hello, beautiful people. Today I'm participating in the Communities Discovery Initiative by @theycallmedan and it's about something pretty simple which is sharing your favorite Hive community and tell the world why we like it and why we post on it.

MI FAVORITE COMMUNITY: MAKEUP POWER !!!!
Makeup Power making its triumphant entrance, really this community has only been created for weeks and has been rapidly increasing the number of subscribers and in fact we can see it on Hiveblog and on Peakd as one of the Trending communities, clearly this community was necessary for Hive and it shows that it is here to stay, it is focused on the world of beauty and makeup, a community that had not been seen before on the Blog.
Makeup Power haciendo su entrada triunfante, realmente esta comunidad tiene solo semanas de haber sido creada y rápidamente ha ido aumentando el número de suscriptores y de hecho la podemos ver en Hiveblog y en Peakd como una de las Trending communities, claramente esta comunidad era necesaria en Hive y se nota que llegó para quedarse, está enfocada en el mundo de la belleza y el maquillaje, una comunidad que no se había visto antes en el Blog.
Asking me why I like this community is certainly relatively proportional to wondering why I like makeup. Well, here are some of the points why I like this community.

- A community that takes you out of your comfort zone, currently the community mods are always taking initiatives and challenges, challenging you to get out of your safe zone, they invite you to try other styles that you are not used to and who knows, maybe they end up like you, I personally always love them but I have to admit that they have taken me out of my comfort zone.
Una comunidad que te saca de tu zona de confort, actualmente las moderadoras de la comunidad siempre están sacando iniciativas y challenges retandote a salir de tu zona segura, te invitan a intentar probar otros estilos de los que no estás acostumbrado y quién sabe, quizá terminan hasta gustandote, a mi en lo personal siempre me encantan y tengo que admitir que sí me han sacado de mi zona de confort.
- Appreciate the content of others, I will make a clarification here, because perhaps it is open to misinterpretation. I refer to the fact that the members of the community are really interested in knowing the content of the other members, they comment and let them know in the comments if something they liked or caught their attention, the level of interaction of this community is quite good, which is sometimes difficult to achieve, how many times have we seen a post without at least one comment? I have seen it many times, even from my own posts to another community, at least in this community I will have a few real comments, from people who were really interested in my content, people who really read it.
Apreciar el contenido de los demás, haré una aclaratoría aquí, porque quizá está abierto a mal interpretación. Hago referencia a que los miembros de la comunidad realmente están interesadas en saber del contenido de los otros miembros, comentan y les dejan saber en los comentarios si algo les gustó o les llamó la atención, el nivel de interacción de esta comunidad está bastante bueno, lo cual a veces eso es algo difícil de conseguir, ¿cuántas veces hemos visto un post sin al menos un comentario? yo lo he visto muchas veces, incluso de mis propias publicaciones hacia otra comunidad, al menos en esta comunidad tendré algunos comentarios reales, de personas que de verdad se interesaron en mi contenido, personas que de verdad lo leyeron.
porque los miembros se involucran en la comunidad, estas últimas semanas varias chicas que son miembros de la comunidad han estado creando unos retos y compartiendolos, las reacciones que tienen del resto de los miembros son en su totalidad positivas, tan positivas que se animan a unirse a sus retos y me incluyó, antes solo estaban los retos creados por las moderados pero ahora hay mas miembros abiertos y dispuestos a compartir sus ideas para que el resto se una.

- The language, normally things around here are handled with the English language, it is understandable because English is a universal language but we cannot deny that Spanish is the second largest community we have, so are we going to put it aside? OF COURSE NOT! In this community you can also publish in Spanish and you will be completely understood, so if you are a Spanish speaker you can rest easy.
El lenguaje, normalmente las cosas por aquí se manejan con el idioma inglés, es comprensible porque el inglés es un idioma universal pero tampoco podemos negar que el español es la segunda comunidad mas grande que tenemos, ¿entonces vamos a dejarla de lado? ¡POR SUPUESTO QUE NO! en esta comunidad puedes publicar también en español y serás completamente comprendido, entonces si eres hispano hablante puedes estar tranquilo.
There are really many good things to highlight, personally I think that this community has a fairly strong meaning, beyond what everyone sees, although it is a makeup community it should not mean that it is only something superficial, beyond everything that is to At first glance we also have the fact of what it represents, for many people makeup represents emotional well-being, it represents confidence, self-esteem and freedom.
Realmente son muchas cosas buenas por destacar, personalmente creo que esta comunidad tiene un significa bastante fuerte más allá de lo que todos ven, aunque sea una comunidad de maquillaje no debe quiere decir que es sólo algo superficial, más allá de todo lo que está a simple vista también tenemos el hecho de lo que representa, para muchas personas el maquillaje representa bienestar emocional,representa confianza, autoestima y libertad.

Arte, me gusta porque también representa el arte y nos hace sacar ese lado creativo que llevamos por dentro, y no lo pueden negar, esto también es un trabajo complicado, no es como que simplemente me paso un brochazo y ya quedé lista, el maquillaje también lleva su técnica, estilo y mucha practica para poder dominarlo,incluso te ayuda a desarrollar aún más tu lado artistico ya que constamente tienes la necesidad de innovar y utilizar otros estilos y tecnicas, por ejemplo hablando de arte, esta misma semana esta corriendo un challenge que involucra obras de artes, puedes buscar alguna de tus obras de arte favoritas, sentirte inspirada por ello y compartirlo en la comunidad. Este reto ha sido uno de los más me ha encantado hasta ahora, incluso mi participación hasta ahora han sido dos veces, y quizá hasta una tercera, les dejaré aquí abajo unas imagenes de lo que hice.

Y aunque parezca extraños, las comunidades forman parte de un legado, en la blockchain todo está visible y todo el mundo puede verte y puede encontrarte, por lo que también podemos tomarlo como lo que decimos o transmitimos no será borrado, con cada una nuestras publicaciones podemos transmitir algo. Mencionando esto quiero destacar que desde que formo parte de Hive siempre había estado interesada en unirme a alguna comunidad de maquillaje para observar o tomar de algunas cosas pero no encontraba ninguna, es bastante curioso porque si llevamos esto afuera de Hive nos encontramos con que el maquillaje es un rubro bastante competitivo, cada día hay mucha gente bloggeando sobre maquillaje, uniendose y creando tendencias, llamando la atención, incluso hasta en la actualidad existe una serie enfocada en este mercado, algunos deben haber escuchado sobre esto, es una serie de Netflix llamada Glow Up. ¿Ven, el tema de esta comunidad está en todos lados? aquí es donde comienza el legado para Hive.
One of the reasons I post in the community is because it makes me happy, and in a way liberating. In my daily life I have many things pending during the day but when I sit down and take time to create content for the community, it is the time where I can finally relax and go back to being a girl, sitting playing with my brushes and my colors, those who have had the opportunity to read my blog, have noticed that on several occasions I have made mention of how relaxing it is for me to be able to put on makeup, it is one of the activities that I enjoy a lot and in the past I did not dare to talk about it or show really everything I do and look at me now, sharing even my failures in the community.
Una de las razones por la cual publico en la comunidad es porque me hace feliz, y de cierta forma liberador. En mi vida diaria tengo muchas cosas pendiente durante el día pero cuando me siento y me tomo un tiempo para crear contenido para la comunidad, es el tiempo donde finalmente me puedo relajar y volver a ser una niña, sentada jugando con mis brochas y sus colores, los que han tenido la oportunidad de leer mi blog, han notado que en varias ocasiones he hecho mención de lo relajante que es para mi poderme maquillar, es una de las actividades que disfruto bastante y antiguamente no me atrevia a hablar de esto o mostrar realmente todo lo que hago y mirenme ahora, compartiendo hasta mis fallas en la comunidad.

Es realmente increíble, ahora formamos parte de la historia, es decir, nosotros en makeup power como comunidad, ya que si hablamos del maquillaje ese siempre ha sido parte de la historia desde los antiguos imperios de Egipto y Roma donde utilizaban bastantes elementos naturales para resaltar algunas parte de su cara y de su cuerpo con colores fuertes y brillantes, pero si hablamos de historia en cada época fue teniendo su auge ciertamente no vamos a ponernos aquí hablar desde el renacimiento hasta el siglo XX, prefiero saltarme todo esto y hablarte del siglo actual, el maquillaje en Hive con una comunidad que podría quizá agitar las cosas por aquí, quien sabe, lo cierto es que está comunidad podría ser muy buena para atraer nuevos miembros femeninos dentro del blog, lo cual considero importante, mas participación femenina.
This community brings out my best side, I have become more creative since I was here, I made it part of me, it is one of those things that when you get out of bed immediately the first thing you want to do is know what happens to it, and I makes you be more connected with Hive at the same time, this is important because the more you feel connected here, the easier it is to contribute something good and help with the growth of this platform.
Esta comunidad saca mi mejor lado, me he vuelto mas creativa desde que estoy ahí, la volví parte de mi, es una de esas cosas que cuando te levantas de la cama inmediantamente lo primero que quieres hacer es saber que sucede con ella, y me hace estar más conectada con Hive al mismo tiempo, esto último es importante porque mientrás mas te sientes conectado aquí es más fácil aportar algo bueno y ayudar con el crecimiento de esta plataforma.
I am realizing that maybe I am expanding a lot with this post, but what I want to say is that I really see the makeup community as an ally for me because it allows me to have that option to show what I really am, and this It may sound strange but there are people who seek internal beauty but there is also external beauty, makeup can also help me to express myself as I am on the inside, I can be cultured and intelligent and still I can think that it is possible to express this characteristic to the outside, I can give a message with my makeup or with my wardrobe, there are many things that complement each other, that's where I wanted to go, I think makeup is important to project the person you really are and it's great to be able to do it in this community.
Me estoy dando cuenta que quiza me estoy extendiendo mucho con esta publicación, pero lo que quiero decir es que realmente veo a la comunidad de maquillaje como un aliado para mi porque me permite tener esa opción de mostrar que es lo que soy realmente, y esto puede sonar extraño pero hay gente que busca la belleza interna pero también está la externa, el maquillaje puede ayudarme también a expresarme como soy por dentro, puedo ser culta e inteligente y aún así puedo pensar que es posible expresar esta caracteristica al exterior, puedo dar un mensaje con mi maquillaje o con mi vestuario, hay muchas cosas que se complementan es allí a donde quería llegar, creo que el maquilaje es importante para proyectar la persona que realmente eres y es genial poder hacerlo en esta comunidad.
Anyway, I will conclude by saying that what I like the most is how the members are projected in this community, it is a fact that how you feel is how others will see you, if you feel good it shows, it is visible, people can feel it and I am very happy to see what they transmit in the community and without a doubt we can get to know more about the people who share and interact with us here, we can even get to know the mood of someone by the colors they use or for those who stop using, it is at this point where we are able to get to know the person because they let us know, they share it with us and that really is creating a true community, at that point where you are able to really know the person and support them.
En fin, voy a concluir diciendo que lo que más me gusta es como los miembros se proyectan en esta comunidad, es un hecho que como te sientes es como los demás te verán, si te sientes bien eso se nota, es visible, la gente puede sentirlo y me alegra mucho ver lo que transmiten en la comunidad y sin duda alguna podemos llegar a conocer más de las personas que comparten e interactuan con nosotros aquí, podemos llegar a saber incluso el estado de animo de alguien por los colores que usa o por los que deja de usar, es en este punto donde somos capaces de conocer a la persona porque nos lo deja saber, lo comparte con nosotros y eso realmente sí es crear una verdadera comunidad, en ese punto donde eres capaz de realmente conocer a la persona y apoyarla.

Qué excelente, honestamente pienso que está comunidad será algo grande, realmente alienta al poder Femenino y ahora que actualmente la voz de las mujeres es mucho más fuerte, me parece súper genial tener tanta presencia y el crecimiento tan rápido de la comunidad, no tengo dudas de que será algo grande. Es cierto todo lo que dices! El nivel de interacción en esta comunidad es increíble, casi todos los post tienen feedback sobre los resultados o preguntas en referencia al maquillaje, algo que es realmente hermoso porque así es como funciona -y se construye- una comunidad.
Los post de maquillaje son los que más me han costado en cuestiones de tiempo por el proceso creativo y artístico necesario antes de escribir el post en sí, pero sin duda son las publicaciones que más satisfacción me han generado.
Estoy muy contenta de participar en este comunidad, de retarme cada día y sí, también de ver con emoción cada una de las publicaciones que se hacen día a día 💜 somos unas artistas!!
