I went on vacation to Bulgaria's Pomorie more than ten years ago, and if I recall correctly, it was almost the end of the season.
I was unimpressed because I had never seen so many algae or jellyfish in my life.

However, this is a beautiful sight, for camping, indeed.

Yes, it was at the end of the season. What you describe is normal to happen then.
Perhaps I forgot to mention that I personally do not use the Bulgarian sea for vacation in the true sense of the word. I can admire and appreciate the beauties of nature, but I can't go there during the season, precisely because of the polluted water of the sea, where sensitive people like me immediately get sick. So I prefer to come here in the off-season as a traveler and discoverer, not as a vacationer. 😊😎 And there is definitely a lot to see and visit here.

I personally do not use the Bulgarian sea for vacation

Not sure why I did it, hahah.

The architecture is stunning, and everything seems to have stopped time in some way. It's not like everything is so black, aside from the sea, literally. 😂
Your photos lead me to believe that not much has changed and that the overall impression has remained the same.

Yes, it is a very slow developing country. In every respect. I've said it before. But still, there is a lot to see and experience here, despite everything (even I was surprised by this fact).
Hey, why don't you join the community and share here (even by cross-posting) your Europe-related stuff? 😊

I appreciate the invitation. Since I frequently stalk and read about other people's travels, I might stop by.

Maybe someday I'll have second thoughts and give back another visit to Bulgaria, till then I ll read about it trough your posts.😉

Thanks God till a few days ago the temperature was perfect to spend the whole day on the beach! I hope also the up coming weekend can go there again! Between us, it's better now with less people and cooler waters!

You are a lucky person living in this country. You know that, right? 😄 Millions of people around the world dream of someday living in a warm country, by the sea, etc.
I have sometimes thought about the Bulgarian coast as an option for living, where quite a few foreigners live btw - people from countries with a colder climate. But it's not the same. It's not like Greece. Not like in Spain. So you are a lucky man. 😊

What I would say comes out as a single word for each photo. In order of appearance they are: hot, refreshing, relaxing.

I enjoy how you bring the feeling of your experience to the post. It helps me see what draws people to visit this magical place where the river meets the sea. Apparently this includes attracting exhibitionists in all their glory. I imagine there is a lot less judgment on Bulgaria than you would get here on America.

Thank you for sharing.

I wouldn't say that. The country came only a few decades ago out of the communist regime, when everything that deviated from the norm was banned. I think we are still too closed off to the different (although so many foreigners adore this country and live here with pleasure).
However, people without any inhibitions are everywhere. 😃 As well as places that encourage you to forget inhibitions. Apparently, this is one of them.
Thank you for appreciating my writing style! Very often I think that I don't really manage to express exactly what I feel, or what it feels like in that particular place. While actually emotions are what is most important to me, speaks best and conveys things in the best possible way in my opinion...

I agree regarding the emotions and my opinion is that you are doing a great job expressing them. I look forward to seeing more of your experiences.

It is very true what you say, it is always better to post summer images when he is not there, it is a good way to remember beautiful moments lived in the
I love this place, very cozy.
I appreciate that you let us know these beautiful images
have a beautiful afternoonHello dear friend @soulsdetour good afternoon

I suspect this place has that magical property of being everyone's favorite. Whether visited in person or simply viewed through photos.
The magic of nature, I would say. And something beyond it. 😊
Have a wonderful evening you too, dear @jlufer!
