I think I add using ecency but I didnot change it since I added my profile picture.

Could you please tell us did you use Ecency.com website or Ecency mobile app for updating profile image? Because looks like that update wasn't successful, you should try updating again.

It is ok now. I updated my profile picture from eccency.com.
