Points are well written, except that I feel there's a mistake in the article title. Based on the above, the correct title should be Sexual fulfilment via Sexual communication, and not Sexual communication via Sexual fulfilment.

      The more you communicate sex with your spouse, the more you get satisfied sexually.

      This lime says it all.
      Communication leads to better sexual satisfaction amd fulfilment which means it is Sexual Satisfaction via communication. (Satisfaction through Communication, and not communication through satisfaction).
