A small village Lipovka in the Saratov region. Historical name - Schaefer. It was founded by Volga Germans, so instead of an ordinary church, a Lutheran church towers over the village. This church was built in 1906, instead of a wooden one. Around the 30s, the Lutheran church was closed. They say that during the Soviet era, there was a mechanical workshop inside the building, where tractors and other agricultural machinery were repaired. This version is supported by the fact that there is a hole in the back that looks like a gate. Most likely, in the 90s, the repair shops were also abandoned. All valuables were taken out and stolen. In the early 2000s, a small fire broke out in the building, and the wooden roof burned down completely. Now, despite the fact that the Lutheran church has the status of an architectural monument, the building is in ruins, only the walls have survived. But there is another interesting fact - a real bell has been preserved in the Lutheran church. The village administration planned to remove it, but local residents defended it. It still hangs there.
