Regency Mall a Legacy
Once the largest Mall in the South East USA opening in 1967 now sits abandoned with its original storefront of JCPenney closing it's doors at this location in 2020.

I actually had an early dinner at a restaurant across the street from this mall and was looking at it while eating. I really wanted to go over there and grab some photos so I did!

I did have some weirdo creep on a bike try to lurer me into the mall with him. Yeah, luckily my parter in crime was in my car and I motioned for her to come save me but... Her and I did go in ourselves without the danger of this dude.

The food court was open so it's not 100% abandoned but only 1 restaurant was open and active.

As you can see the roof is seriously caving in on itself!! Mold everywhere I am highly shocked the food court even existed somewhat!

This entire area was blocked off by caution tape. There was also security gaurd on stand by or I would have totally crossed it to get a better look!!
