It's amazing that it sat empty that long. Prime Real Estate like that usually gets flipped to a developer a lot quicker than that.
Very cool explore. It would have been interesting to see it 150 years ago. The building looks like it has good bones. And many stories to tell.
It's in a city centre as well, close to the railway station. One of the more interesting places I have been.
