Exploring a ITSABONDONED $30,000,000 Abandoned Mansion with Movie Theatre, Indoor Pool, and Elevator
Welcome to all of you that have come across my post / posts and welcome back to all that follow me on ITSABANDONED this is my 3rd post and hopefully you are enjoying the buildings shown in my posts.
This post is a set of images from a ITSABANDONED files I have lots of content from over around 2 years worth of ventures not posted before some of the properties are or have been seen before I am sure on other sites but not the images I have so will give a different view on the properties shown.
Some of the information on the posts like the owners names I might change and I will not reveal any location of the properties so please do not ask as some of the properties have property inside them and don't want to be responsible for any damage done to the property of theft .
Today I am going inside an ITSABANDONED $30,000,000 mansion that has sat vacant since 2005 when the owner that built the property decided that him and his family didn't need to live in a castle. The mansion features a cinema, an indoor pool, a gym, and many more features. The property also has a 3 car and a 4 car garage on the side of the house. I cant give any more details on this property so the pictures will have to tell a story on this one.
What I can tell you on this one is that the property has apparently been sold now for a lower ask price of just $4.000.000 as the property has struggled to sell .
let is kick off on this one with the lift yes the property has a lift in the hall.
The lift has 2 stair cases on each side of the lift leading up to the next level of the property.
The images shown are of part of the hall and main living areas .The images shown below are of the kitchen and the property is in a fairly good condition as it stands,
Also shown is some of the bathrooms and other rooms .
This is a wine rack in a glass room and a wooden structure to hold the wine it is a strange room and is impressive to say the least ,
The shots shown in this next part are taken downstairs in this property one of the rooms is a cinema that you will see. The doors and walls are showing signs of damp as toy will see as well it was dark so images are not so great .
When you exit the cinema in to the hall and walk in to the pool area and a gym area.
Nothing has been left behind in this mansion at all its just the shell really so lets move on and see what more other rooms have to show us.
Some of the rooms I have not shown are to small and nothing really to show or some of the rooms are dark and not worth showing but the images shown will give you all a idea of what this property is like .

Looks perfectly fine but who knows what kind of expensive to fix damage there might be.
I would think if you was spending $30,000,000 on a property then he or she must have money to burn :)
