I too wondered if you kept anything from those places you visit, but I saw that Trumpman already asked you the question. I consider that some things are worth keeping because they are things that have historical value and maybe with time they will have much more value, collecting them is better than letting time deteriorate and disappear. Some houses of are of stuff, expensive relics.. I have been in those. I don't take anything, it's unethical and breaks the explorers code.
I could also go in a shop knowing the owner will be gone for an hour, and there's no camera's. Would it be OK to take from there?

You have a large collection of abandoned places that you have explored, it's a shame to see so much waste of buildings, but if they didn't exist then there would be no “Tales of the urban explorer”. :-D
