Over the weekend a good friend messaged me telling me that he found an amazing abandoned street of mansions and that he was going to film them. So I made my way to a suburb of Toronto, met up with him and we went to the street.
I was really hesitant on the fact that they were abandoned, but my worries got eased when I saw the development sign (A clear indicator of abandonment/demolition in the area). So I went inside and was blown away! To be honest it did feel like I was doing real estate photos rather than urban exploration, but it was still very cool to see!
Location info:
In the 1990s an entrepreneur started a small tech firm that grew quickly and then he founded several more data centers. With business booming, he had this street built in 2004, with mansions for his whole family.
While staying in the tech field, He moved into the investment and divestment industry, and then eventually the construction and development industries. Which led to these gorgeous mansions being left abandoned with plans of demolition and and a community of more than 70 townhouses to be built on the land.
There is a lot of photos and video to process from this explore, so I have split it into three parts. One for each house and this is the first one.
