Only 2 doors down from my last explore, on the same beach strip that is being redeveloped. This house was built before the amusement park was put in across the street in 1903. It was beautifully decorated and quickly became known as the heart house.
It stayed in its original state for more than a century until the first time it was put up for sale in 2017. Most of the exterior wood work was removed but it still looked to be in great condition! It sold for $645 thousand and it was lived in until late 2022. Now it is sitting abandoned and soon will be demolished. Being replaces with townhouses.
