I like it when art is available to everyone. And when it is presented in such a way as to be skillfully combined with the urban environment.
In Ezero Park (translated park lake) near my home in Burgas you can see dozens of statues while taking your daily walk.
Against the background of green grass and blue sky, the white stone statues look magical.
Moss has long grown on them, which, however, gives them an even more natural look.
Some of them even look a little sinister, but I think that's where their charm lies. Most people from Burgas are used to them anyway and rarely pay attention to them, but on the other hand, tourists often stop to take pictures of them.
The history of this exhibition is very interesting. In the 70's and 80's near Burgas he held an international seminar of sculptures from all over Europe, who visited here for several weeks. During this period, they made statues, which were then donated to the municipality, which in turn placed them in the park. This gradually led to one of the largest outdoor statues in Europe.
Unfortunately, with the advent of democracy in the early 1990s, many of the statues were stolen and many destroyed.
Today I took a walk and took a lot of photos that I decided to share with you. I tried to photograph the statues from different angles to make it interesting. The light was very nice today and I hope you got beautiful photos.

Also, years ago, a friend of mine did a photo shoot at this place.
