It looks like that day was your first vote on any poll with the ga-sm account. One of the current small limitations is that when an account votes for the first time on any poll, it will take a couple of minutes for its balance to be fetched. Once it's fetched for the first time, it should show immediately on poll votes thereafter.
Thanks! I realized when I saw the next day that the balance was ok that it must be a delay in fetching the balance. Can something like "?" be displayed instead of "0" perhaps with a tooltip "Fetching Balance"?
