Mastering a new technique brings the feeling of accomplishment but also widens our knowhow about materials and tools, pushing our creativity and others' creativity further. My choices were crocheting and painting. I chose crocheting because I have been inspired by the incredible work of @abenad with regards to creating different things with crocheting. After seeing some of her creations, I just thought it would be great to develop the skills to create similar pieces and eventually perfect that kind of craftsmanship. I have actually been looking forward to learning how to paint for a while now, and since i am involved in paper crafts, I think it would be great to combine painting with that. It just seem more like a natural and creative extension of what I have already been doing.
