I still don't delegate my HP or curation. Something about giving the curation service access to my active key just feels like a drawback. While I still do all my curation manually, I know that means I am missing out on maximizing the value from my stake. Sometimes I go days at a time without curating anything. Sometimes I go too hard for too many days in a row and run my % well under 50% (like I am currently).
Either way, I still like being able to control my own curation without trusting it to some curation service. Maybe I'm just still a bit naive on how all the tech works, but I like keeping everything under my control.
As far as keeping rewards on Hive, I think this is a great cause to fight for. I totally support whatever technology is necessary to ensure that we can keep as much $HIVE to stay on Hive after curation rewards are paid out.
I've been practicing what I preach too! Since April, I've kept all my HIVE rewards on Hive instead of funneling them back into Splinterlands (which I know is still on Hive but anyways). In fact, I've been buying 100 $HIVE each month by swapping SPS earned on my alt accounts to reinvest back into my Hive account. Bullish on the future of Hive!
