What a wild time in the markets. If you flip crypto, you are likely pretty happy with these wild swings. If you are a HODLer, sit tight it'll be fine.
Now onto the important stuff. Today's #beersaturday pint is at Bushwakker Brewing Company. I'll start with a Regina Pale Ale, or RPA as we all seem to call it. It's a light old fashioned English ale style beer.
I'm pairing this with a corned beef on rye with house made fries. It's a lot so I'll be taking half home.
I love a good corned beef. Haven't cured one at home for years because it takes a few weeks.

That looks awesome! Curing corned beef at home is a long process... I've not done it in years now. It does come out tasting great though after all the waiting while it soaks for all that time. Those fries look great!
