To be fair, I haven't really played with Rebellion. It's the first set I didn't max out.
I assume that main cards also does not include the promo cards too. In that sense, I believe that I could win more with a core CL deck given that it has more cards in the set and I have been playing an account with max GF chaos core deck on gold foil tourneys and was still able to won prize despite not being able to use most of my rewards since they are mostly regular foil.
