Absolutely not. Not for any past card. If people wanted to do this for future sets, I'd be less against it. Still, it wouldn't make sense to do it for cards that are sold in packs. That leaves reward cards but since they are now soulbound and can only be burned for DEC after a much higher unlock cost, it serves no purpose.
In short, it's a big NO for past cards, a "why would we?" for future set cards and a probably yes for future reward cards if they ever start as not soulbound.
