Hey @solominer, I was introduced to Steem way back in 2017. My friend had been trying to get me on there for a while claiming as I'm good with blogging 'you will do well on Steemit'. If only I had listened to him sooner. I joined Steemit in March 2017 and I took to it like a duck to water.
I would blog about all sorts of things and learned tons of stuff from people all around the world. To me Steemit was a gigantic encyclopedia. Regrettably I wasn't on there long due to other things going on in my life.
Fast forward seven years and I see that Steemit has morphed into Hive, albeit hardforked away from Steemit and I have returned. But my word things have changed. I have just started again and I have already bought and powered up 800 Hive. I hope to make some connections, build relationships and hopefully this time I will stay and build something on this amazing platform.
Hey there @peaceandmoney
Hah I tell people that "You will do good on Hive" lol I know what you mean.
Amazing you have seen everything from Steem to now Hive and are back to posting. I see you in discords and see you networking, best of luck here.
Ha ha! Yes, it's both great and strange to be back blogging in this awesome community again. I'm really enjoying it this time round and getting to know some very interesting characters. I am indeed now hanging around a few Discord servers which I think is the perfect compliment to Hive. I hope that I bump into you again at some stage for a chat.
I have just seen that you've been busy visiting a few of my posts, that's really very kind of you. Thank you for your support, it is much appreciated.
