本來以為前往貓空只能坐坐纜車看看風景，沒想到貓空有好多咖啡廳，而且都滿平價的，這天我和朋友在貓空走累後，就隨意找家看得順眼的咖啡廳稍做休憩，想到能在休閒的午後欣賞山間風景，順便喝杯我最愛的拿鐵就覺得無比幸福。

貓空閒咖啡店除了飲料很平價外，聽朋友說這家也滿有人氣的，不過我和朋友剛好挑個平日前往，所以基本上沒有什麼人潮。這間咖啡廳非常好找，大概從貓空纜車走過來約10分鐘就能輕鬆找到，不過這間咖啡廳所在位置比較高，位於高半山腰上，需要先爬上短短的階梯才會到達店裡。

這間咖啡店營業到凌晨，假日則營業到半夜3點，所以大部分的人前往這間咖啡店的原因是為了遠眺台北市夜景，據說天氣不錯的時候還能看到台北101，有些人還會特意在跨年在此處蹲點看台北101煙火，不過不確定是不是白天看不到101，總之我和朋友看了老半天也沒找到。

個人喜歡貓空閒咖啡店的原因之一，大概因為它是露天咖啡店，看到擺放在室外的椅子和陽傘居然讓我回憶起在加拿大居住的第一間民宿，當時民宿的庭院也擺放著類似的陽傘，只要一抬頭就能看到滿滿的綠意，非常放鬆。沒想到相同的場景居然又重現在眼前，感覺很多人事物都是久別重逢啊~~

雖然看不到夜景，也望不見台北101，可是能安靜喝我最愛的拿鐵，和朋友一邊聊天一邊看著台北景象放空，除了愜意也能感到滿滿的幸福。

I initially thought that a trip to Maokong was just about taking the cable car and enjoying the scenery. To my surprise, there are plenty of cozy and affordable cafés in Maokong. After getting tired from walking around, my friend and I randomly picked a café that caught our eye to take a break. The idea of sipping my favorite latte while enjoying the serene mountain view on a leisurely afternoon filled me with happiness.

Besides offering reasonably priced drinks, my friend mentioned that the cat's café is quite popular. Luckily, since we visited on a weekday, it wasn't crowded at all. The café is easy to find—just about a 10-minute walk from the Maokong Gondola station. However, it's located halfway up the hill, so you need to climb a short flight of stairs to reach it.

The café stays open until late at night, and on weekends it operates until 3 a.m. Most people come here to enjoy the panoramic view of Taipei at night. On clear days, it's said that you can even spot Taipei 101. Some people even choose this spot to watch Taipei 101's New Year’s Eve fireworks. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if it's visible during the daytime, as my friend and I couldn't spot it despite looking around for quite a while.

One reason I really love this café is that it's an open-air space. The outdoor chairs and umbrellas reminded me of the first B&B I stayed at in Canada. The garden there also had similar umbrellas, and whenever I looked up, I was greeted by lush greenery. It was such a relaxing vibe. I never imagined I'd encounter a similar scene here—it felt like a beautiful reunion with familiar memories.

Although I didn't get to see the night view or Taipei 101, being able to quietly enjoy my favorite latte while chatting with my friend and gazing at Taipei in the distance was simply blissful.
