今天想來聊聊夏慕尼新香榭鐵板燒的用餐經驗，感謝以前的公司主管很愛選王品集團的餐廳，所以有一陣子經常在王品牛排 、西堤牛排和陶板屋聚餐，雖然味道上每個人的口味不同，但我個人很喜歡享用前菜、主食和甜點的過程，所以對王品集團也算得上喜愛，特別是西堤牛排和陶板屋價格非常親民，偶爾我和朋友也會前往享用，只不過一直不知道夏慕尼也屬於王品集團，可以算是非常後知後覺，哈哈。
前往夏慕尼的契機是適逢居住美國的親戚回台，又剛好家人手中有夏慕尼免費餐券，所以大家就決定前往位於中山北路的夏慕尼了，雖然夏慕尼是鐵板燒，不過它走的是精緻路線，非常建議坐在餐檯旁用餐，因為你除了享用美食外，還可以欣賞廚師的擺盤美學，畢竟料理主打法式風格，所以至少餐點看起來也會非常精緻。
菜單裡有湯品、沙拉、主餐、甜點、飲品可供選擇，因為我們人數比較多，所以大家盡量選擇不同餐點來分享，主食裡不外乎是海鮮和牛排，比較特別是白蘭地鴨胸，有機會大家也可以試試。
另外櫻花蝦炒飯是夏慕尼的明星餐點，基本上很多人都是慕名而來。雖然每盤餐點看起來份量都非常少，但一整套餐吃下來還是會相當飽，怕吃不飽的人也可以無限享用美味麵包。
比較有趣的是，由於家人中剛好有人是當月壽星，於是服務人員非常熱情為我們送上一個小蛋糕，還點上蠟燭，甚至也為我們拍了合照，最妙的是還唱起了生日快樂歌，壽星的臉看起來好像滿尷尬的，哈哈，據說壽星可以享有折扣，所以想享用此餐廳的人，也可以考慮在此處慶生喔~~
Today, I want to share my dining experience at Chamonix Teppanyaki. Back when I worked at my previous company, my supervisor loved choosing restaurants from the Wowprime Corp. for gatherings, so we often dined at Wang Steak, Tasty Steak, and Tokiya. While everyone has different tastes, I personally enjoyed the process of savoring appetizers, main courses, and desserts, which made me quite fond of Wowprime restaurants. I particularly liked Tasty Steak and Tokiya because of their affordable prices, and my friends and I would occasionally visit them. However, I had no idea that Chamonix was also part of the Wowprime Corp. – I guess I found out pretty late, haha.
The reason we went to Chamonix was that relatives living in the U.S. was visiting Taiwan, and my family happened to have a free meal voucher for Chamonix. So, we decided to visit the Chamonix located on Zhongshan North Road. Although Chamonix is a teppanyaki restaurant, it offers a refined dining experience. I highly recommend sitting by the teppanyaki counter, as you not only get to enjoy the delicious food but also watch the chef's plating artistry. Since the cuisine is French-inspired, the presentation of the dishes is quite exquisite.
The menu offers a variety of options, including soups, salads, main courses, desserts, and beverages. Since we had a large group, we tried to order different dishes to share. The main courses mainly feature seafood and steak, but the Brandy Duck Breast is a unique option worth trying.
One of the highlights is the Sakura Shrimp Fried Rice, which is a signature dish at Chamonix and a must-try for many visitors. Although each dish seems small in portion, the full-course meal is quite filling. For those worried about not getting full, the restaurant offers unlimited servings of their delicious bread.
An interesting part of our visit was that one of my family members happened to have a birthday that month. The staff warmly presented a small cake with a lit candle, took a group photo for us, and even sang the birthday song. It was quite funny seeing the birthday person looking a bit embarrassed. I heard that birthday guests can also enjoy discounts, so if you plan to dine at Chamonix, consider celebrating your birthday there!
