半夜撸串

收到呼啦圈后每天都有坚持运动,从第二天开始,早晨空腹和晚上洗漱前各十五分钟。很多博主推荐起步半小时以上,我这刚开始还是循序渐进的好,况且自己的肉也需要一个适应期。

网上看到有些新手运动过量,腰间会出现淤青。我目前还好,只有刚开始的两分钟会有些肉疼,还有不知道为嘛饭量变小了,吃饭怎么不香了呢😮‍💨。

今晚只喝了一碗粥,以前至少得俩啃俩馒头的,再这么下去怎么有力气健身呢!还是得找点垃圾食品补充一下能量才行😄。半夜最适合吃的只有烧烤啦,买了东北大姐家的烤串,她家的串串味道真的没话说。

最爱吃的五花肉,肥肉只有一点点,我觉得肥肉才是最好吃的部分,外焦里嫩咬在嘴里太香了🤤。

排行第二的金针菇,水滋滋的比油炸的好吃。以前的最爱是金针菇,这东西吃多了不好消化😂,克制一下两串就好。

今晚的马步鱼火候不够大呀,还是喜欢焦一点的。

一顿烧烤下肚,整个人又满血复活了。果然还是食物能解决所有烦恼,尤其是垃圾食品。
