品嚐心儀已久的小火鍋 / Finally savoring the hot pot I’ve been longing for

這家小火鍋店，是一家連鎖的火鍋品牌，是我之前去高雄時才知道的品牌，很多南部知名的連鎖品牌，北部人不一定會知道，根據 Google 演算法，好像透過 Google 搜尋美食餐廳時，撇除廣告之外，似乎位在你附近的餐廳，搜尋的排名會較前面一些，這是我個人的猜測，不知道是否真的是這樣。

六扇門時尚湯鍋這個美食品牌，主打平價、多樣化、高CP值的小火鍋，有多種湯頭、豐富自助吧讓客戶取用，在我騎腳踏車經過蓮池潭時，剛好有看到一家，那時本來想進去用餐的，但是有些怕怕的，所以沒進去，這次我得知，它在北部展店時，剛好我找到一家，位在朋友家附近的，立刻邀約朋友一起過去嘗鮮。

店裡面空間寬暢明亮，採用自助結帳機點餐，哇！我還是第一次用機器點小火鍋，不過，很簡單，點選湯頭後，選擇付款方式，然後結帳，就在座位上等著店員把火鍋送過來，而我和朋友就去自助吧看看店家提供甚麼品項，朋友立刻就從自助吧裝了一碗滷肉飯，並直誇好吃，我則是喝了幾杯咖啡及吃了幾球冰淇淋，不久後，我點的咖哩鍋來了，濃濃的咖哩香氣，撲鼻而來，這餐熱量應該破表了，哈。

對了，這家主打高CP值的小火鍋，價錢果然合理，有多達二十幾種特色湯頭可選，大概價錢落在兩百元台幣上下，聽說住在南部的朋友說，在南部的店，價錢會更便宜一些，大概是一百六十元台幣左右，但因為北部物價較貴，所以，北部的價錢較高一些，不過，和朋友吃起來，吃得很舒服，環境及餐點都超過我們的預期，難怪，這個連鎖品牌敢展店到北部來，我個人覺得，這家店值得一來再來。

This hot pot place is a chain brand that I first discovered when I went to Kaohsiung. A lot of well-known chain restaurants in southern Taiwan aren’t necessarily known by people in the north. Based on Google’s algorithm, it seems like when you search for restaurants, aside from the ads, the ones closest to you show up higher in the rankings—but that’s just my personal guess. I’m not sure if that’s really how it works.

The brand, Six Pots Fashion Hot Pot (六扇門時尚湯鍋), focuses on affordable, diverse, and high-value individual hot pots. They offer a wide variety of soup bases and a rich self-service bar. I actually saw one of their branches while biking around Lotus Pond. I was tempted to go in back then but felt a bit hesitant, so I didn’t. This time, when I heard they had opened a branch in the north—and it happened to be near my friend’s place—I immediately invited my friend to check it out.

The interior was spacious and bright, and they used self-service machines for ordering. Wow, it was my first time ordering a hot pot this way! But it was super easy—you just pick your soup base, choose your payment method, pay, and then wait at your seat for the staff to bring your hot pot. While waiting, my friend and I explored the self-service bar. My friend grabbed a bowl of braised pork rice right away and kept raving about how good it was. I had a few cups of coffee and some scoops of ice cream. Not long after, my curry hot pot arrived, and the rich aroma of curry was irresistible. Honestly, I probably went way over my calorie limit with this meal—haha!

Oh, and speaking of value, this place really lives up to its high-CP reputation. There are over 20 kinds of specialty soup bases, with prices around NT$200 in the north. I’ve heard from friends down south that their local branches are even cheaper, around NT$160, which makes sense since things are generally pricier up north. Still, my friend and I both found the meal super satisfying—the environment and the food exceeded our expectations. No wonder this chain is confident enough to expand into the north. Personally, I think this place is definitely worth coming back to!
