Do you guys have your own travel style? Many of my friends love to travel, and some of them are particularly fond of international travel, where they can experience different cultures, see things described in books, and learn to see the world from various perspectives. Others enjoy cruise travel, exploring different cities or countries in one journey, indulging in diverse cultures and landscapes, and enjoying the rich entertainment facilities and vibrant performances on board. Of course, there are also those who love strolling through cities, savoring the undiscovered moments of life.

One day, while wandering with friends, we stumbled upon a bunch of booths at what seemed to be some event. Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a Life in Style Festival. There was a stage with occasional musical performances, and the market stalls offered handmade creative items, unique foods, and refreshing drinks. Surprisingly, there was a booth for "Spring Day Rice Cake," a Korean rice cake shop that's supposedly famous as a street snack in Korea. I had seen this shop before at the Shida Night Market, where people often waited in long lines. The rice cakes, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with ice cream, provided a unique taste. Imagine sitting under a tree, enjoying a live performance, and savoring delicious food—it sounds quite relaxing.

The most popular booth seemed to be the one by the Lion Travel company, where you could get a free beer just by checking in. Since we used public transportation to get there, there was no issue with drunk driving, allowing us to enjoy our drinks without worry. Additionally, the Hidden Bar Group also had a check-in and get a free drink promotion. I've only been to the Hidden Bar, and friends always suggest going there, maybe because of its outstanding live performances. Apart from dining, you could also appreciate live singer performances. As for the handmade creative stalls, the products were unique, but their practicality varied. It depends on personal preference. There were also several traveler salons where celebrities shared their travel experiences. I only attended one, and the content was okay. Personally, I was more interested in hearing Shu Kuo-Chih speak, as I had previously read his articles and was eager to meet him in person.

With improved economic conditions, traveling is no longer a daunting task for many. Some people may travel abroad several times a year, while others might consider circumnavigating the globe as one of their life's must-do experiences. Everyone has their own thoughts and pursuits when it comes to travel. The same journey can lead to different insights for you and me. It's only after venturing out into the world that we can truly understand the saying, "Water is sweet at home, the moon is round at home, and people are good at home.
