😥😥 Sorry to hear about your computer-aided pains. From experience I know how challenging it can be to work through it. I wish I had some helpful tip for you to try. The best thing I know is to have regular intervals of rest and work, mixed with arm stretching and upper body strengthening. I really hope you find some relief!
