朋友听姐说她的记忆跟鱼一样，我好羡慕！
小凌儿记忆力超级好，甚至每个细节都记得清清楚楚。
我有时候羡慕鱼儿只有七秒记忆。
所以，在那小小的鱼缸里，
它们永不觉得无聊，
因为7秒一过,
每一个游过的地方又变成了新天地。
心中若是装得太满，
自然很难装下新的快乐。学会忘记，才能活得自在。
计较太多，人会越来越不开心。
道理虽然都懂,但是人就是这样，执着放不下。
那我们先开始停止胡思乱想吧!
世上除了生死，
其他都是小事。
做一个情绪稳定的人吧,得失无意，去留随心。
其实真正能击垮你的往往不是那些突如其来的灭顶之灾而是压在心底日积月累的心事！
