准备材料:太子参10g、无花果4~5粒、麦冬10g,瘦肉100g,枸几10g,生姜片2块
做法:
🌸瘦肉可以飞一下水,去了血水,这次我切小块,为了保存原汁原味没飞水了哈哈!
🌸把全部材料洗干净放进去隔水炖盅里面,加适量水,炖1.5小时左右,加入适量盐可以饮用啦!
