这段时间都没去菜市场,不是联华超市就是盒马邻里买菜。
盒马邻里是晚上9点前付款,第二天早上8点自己去提。质量都不错,品种也多,再加上很近2分钟就到,所以我还是在盒马邻里买比较多。
前几天买海鲜顺便点了一版鸡蛋,第二天早上去提货时,结果鸡蛋是二版。我说错了我买的是一版,店员查了之后说没错。
我赶紧陶手机查,发现真的是二版。昏到头了,怎么点二版啦,60只鸡蛋要吃多长时间啊!问能不能退一版,店员说不行。没办法只好提回家,老婆说多了咱们做蛋糕,不会浪费掉。
昨天俩人在家做蛋糕,一次10枚鸡蛋,蛋白和蛋黄分离,蛋白一个方向打到筷子插上不会倒为止,鸡黄打成糊状加入180克低筋粉、160克绵白糖、100毫升橄榄油、100毫升牛奶搅拌均匀,然后将蛋白分三次加入搅匀,每次都搅拌均匀。最后捞到一次性纸杯放烤箱,温度设置150度烤40分钟就可以了(烤之前烤箱要先预热10分钟)。
结果品相不好看,在烤箱里样子还行,拿出来后每个小蛋糕当中都塌陷了,不过吃起来口感还不错,松软喷香。
