前不久一个下着微雨的晚上，我们打算体验一下非洲美食，便开车去了海德堡一家非洲餐厅。
餐厅名叫“非洲面具”，装修也的确很有非洲情调。本打算多拍些照片留念，无奈餐厅里灯光实在太暗了，照不清楚。
我们各点了一份两荤三素的主菜，配上英杰拉 （非洲独特的发面饼）和饮料。等了一个小时菜终于上来了。掀开编筐盖子，就看到食物盛在一个大盘子里，冒着热气。用闪关灯拍照，才能勉强看见食物的样子。

英杰拉饼是用苔麸做的，软软的，上面有着像海绵一样细腻均匀的气孔，吃起来略有一些发酵的酸味，非常有趣。至于肉和菜，味道不错，其它的无从评价，因为看不清啊。灯光只够让人看到食物在哪，免得吃到鼻子里去；菜色怎样，全凭想象。
餐厅弄得这么暗，难道是想让客人感受一下非洲停电的夜晚，忆苦思甜？
黑灯瞎火，一顿饭下来，吃了个稀里糊涂，哈哈。
