RE: Visit Mont Saint-Michel at Low Tide | 退潮时的圣米歇尔山美景

The famous Mont Saint Michel!! You're really lucky to be living so near to it, and it's great that Covid eventually took you there. I didn't realise you could stay overnight on the island, I thought all they had was the abbey. And I thought you had to rush back to the mainland every night so you don't get stranded there. Just shows how much you learn from Hive.

Seems that many of us had the image of an isolated island in mind. Speaking of getting stranded, I almost had it once in Étretat, a little north of this place. The tide rose much faster than I expected, which was quite frightening!

I was at Etratat in November!!! Can you get stranded there? We were up on the cliffs

Cool (also in terms of temperature I guess;))!
It was on a narrow beach near the L'Aiguille arch, and the water rose to my knees in a short time.
