我们做的千层蛋糕颜值还是很抗打的

我是最后一步的收尾工作
上次说到弄个非专业的烘焙“训练营”,我们几个甜品爱好者积极响应,趁着下午有空就在家里开始捣鼓。说的直白一点其实就是三个臭皮匠在扮过家家,材料倒是准备得很齐全,也不知道是否能够真的做出来(虽然我两年前做个一次草莓千层,但忘得差不多了),这次继续边看教程边做,轮番上阵。
一个念教程和打杂,一个摊面皮,一个打奶油和切水果,过程中谁有空,谁就把拍照的活也给干了。好啦,我来分享一下制作流程。
准备材料:鸡蛋、纯牛奶、低筋面粉(蛋糕粉)、细砂糖、黄油、淡奶油、奥利奥饼干碎和芒果
把芒果切成小丁放冰箱备用,再打两个鸡蛋在碗里,加入少许细砂糖(根据个人口味添加),用打蛋器搅拌均匀,再倒入300ml鲜牛奶,继续用打蛋器搅拌,当看到蛋液中很多小气泡的时候就可以进行下一步了。
接着,将120g低筋面粉过筛到碗里,充分搅拌均匀,再过筛一次,让其更加细腻。
同一时间,将15g黄油隔水融化后倒入面糊中,再次搅拌和过筛。这时就可以用不粘锅的平底锅开始摊面皮了,舀一勺面糊进锅里开着冒泡就可以翻面了,这个步骤非常耗时,还得有耐心才行。
等面皮差不多快摊完的时候再去打发奶油,我们当时就是打发奶油的时间太早了,厨房的高温导致奶油水乳分离,家里没有奶粉,所以也没法了,只好重新打发。不过只有多试错几次,下一次才能更加顺利地完成。
等一切准备就绪就可以开始一层层地堆起来了,一层面皮铺上一层奶油加芒果丁,再来一层面皮铺一层奶油加奥利奥饼干碎,重复几次千层就做好了,最后在上面简单装饰一下。
放冰箱冷藏两个小时后就能食用啦~来看看成品吧!

主要是和朋友一起做甜品很开心 时间过得很快 哪怕过程复杂一点都没关系了
