每天上班都好无奈，因为这个公司太多匪夷所思的行为。
1⃣️下班时间由下午六点延长到六点半
原本我们的工作时间是早上9点到下午6点。而且是大小周，公司执意调整到每天工作8小时。还假惺惺地搞了个投票，不公平投票结果就算了，还说是我们员工愿意延长的，离了个大谱。原本我们做业务的，就算到下班的时间，我们也会加班处理的，就是这种强制性延长下班时间的行为，很是反感。
2⃣️取消月度/季度/半年度/年度奖金
之前一直设有销冠奖，新客户开发奖，最佳服务奖之类的，现在这些奖项都取消了，做业务的没有奖金，靠底薪以及微薄的提成（千分之二），实在没有什么动力。
3⃣️2024年的年终奖，到现在都没有发布最终版考核方案
2024年已经结束了，原本定了一份年终奖激励方案，后面说作废了，现在还没有发布最终的年终奖考核方案。实在想不通原因。
今天就先吐槽这么多，明天再继续。😂
