Hi Hivers, have you noticed pianos placed in public places such in parks, markets, stations, and airports? In this post, I'm showing some street pianos that I captured during my travels. A few of them are part of the "Play Me, I’m Yours" project by British artist Luke Jerram. Touring globally since 2008, thousands of street pianos have been installed worldwide and have reached millions of people in different cities.
Some of these pianos have been decorated by local artists and communities, and they have connected people from near and far with their shared love for music and art. Such an awesome idea, isn't it?
不知道你们有没有注意过一些公共场所的钢琴？这次我来分享一些平时在公园、市场、车站等地方拍的钢琴。其中有几架是"Play Me, I’m Yours"项目的一部分，是英国艺术家Luke Jerram自2008年发起的。他和团队安排在世界各地城市的公共场所安放了钢琴，有些由当地艺术家和社区民众一起涂画装饰，供过往的人们弹奏欣赏。还有些钢琴是当地政府组织安放的。我觉得这个主意很棒，用音乐连接彼此，缩短了人与人的距离。
