欧洲主要城市的旅游景点，几乎都包括教堂，但除了历史不同以外，都大同小异。所以我在旅行途中，除非实在有闲时，不然都不会可刻意去逛教堂。但除了几座非凡的教堂以外，而巴塞罗那圣家堂就是其中之一。
圣家堂设计风格迥异，里边一些设计已经不能用让你感觉身处异域来形容，给我的感觉甚至像外星文明留下的遗迹，如此的设计你视乎不会在其他地方再遇见。
教堂里散透着五颜六色的光，但所有光线都是靠染色的窗子自然采光，所以即使教堂里光线五彩缤纷，却完全没有一丝违和感。教堂里的所有设计都有自己的意义，包括光，蓝色代表海洋、红色代表大地、绿色代表生命。
教堂总共有三个出入口，而不同的出入口有不同的立面，分别为“诞生立面”，“受难立面”与及“荣耀立面”，每个立面各自代表着圣经里不同阶段的故事。门口上密密麻麻的雕像则在描述着这些故事细节。
圣家堂从1882年开始建造，如今也还未完工。因为圣家堂是属于贖罪教堂，所有的资金必须来自捐赠，所以捐赠多少也直接影响了教堂建造进度。所以其实如今你我进去所买的门票钱，也会被拨入捐款部分，圣家堂是由上世纪著名的巴塞罗那设计师安东尼·高迪始建，而圣家堂只是他在巴塞罗那诸多著名作品中的其中一个。但是高迪在教堂未竣工前就车祸去世，至今已经有九個设计师接手過圣家堂的工程，之所以这座教堂能代表巴塞罗那，因为他是靠巴塞罗那人世世代代的人传承接力去建造的。
Church are one of the attractions in most of the European major cities, but they are almost similar except of their history. So when I'm traveling, I don't really visit church much on purpose usually unless I have a lot of free time. Except for a few remarkable churches that I would visit, and Sagrada Familia in Barcelona is one of them.
The Sagrada Familia has a very different design style. Some of the designs are very unique, I even feels like the relics left by alien civilizations that we would not encounter elsewhere. The church is filled with colorful light, but none of it are artificial, they were all naturally illuminate through stained windows from the sunlight, so even though the light in the church is colorful, there is no sense of incongruity at all. All designs in the church have their own meaning, including light, blue for the ocean, red for the earth, and green for life.
The church has a three main gate, and each gate has it individual facade design, namely the "Nativity Facade", "Passion Facade" and "Glory Facade", each of which represents a different stage of the story in the Bible. And the dense statues and carving on the wall on these facedes are describing the details of these stories.
Construction of the Sagrada Familia began in 1882 and it's still remain unfinished today. Because the Sagrada Familia are Church of Atonement, all the development funds must come from donations, so the amount of donations also directly affecting the progress of the church's construction. So in fact, the ticket money that we purchase will be also contributed to the donation. The Sagrada Familia was built by the famous Barcelona designer Antoni Gaudí in the last century, and the Sagrada Familia is just one of his many famous works in Barcelona. But unfortunately, Gaudí died of accident before the church was completed, and nine architects have taken on the project so far. The reason why this church can represent Barcelona is that it was built by the inheritance of the Barcelonian from generation to generation.
