岁寒又冬至

农历冬至是一个传统的节日,在一些地方会有"冬至大如年"的说法。我们家的冬至很简单,羊肉汤和饺子。

羊肉汤是在农贸市场买的,商家会问送羊肉汤,香葱,小米椒,腐乳等全套配料,拿回家煮开就能吃,非常方便。

我分别准备了3种皮和3种馅料。用南瓜汁和面制成黄色的饺子皮,里面包的是韭菜鸡蛋馅。用火龙果汁和面,红色的皮里面包的是白菜猪肉馅。用菠菜汁和面,绿色的皮包的是香菇玉米馅。我是手残党,不会包饺子,全程都是我妈妈动手,不过自己包的饺子确实比外面买的更好吃。

其实以前我们家不会在冬至吃饺子的,只是看到网上很多人在说冬至有吃饺子的习俗,所以今年才开始包饺子。我们当地还有很多人喜欢在冬至当天去药店抓补药回去炖汤,做成药膳,有"冬至补冬,不补嘴空"的说法。至此,昼长夜短,万物可期,在最长的冬夜,期待最好的未来。
