今天老婆做了卤肉饭,超级无敌好吃~!
由于天气闷热,胃口并不是太好。但是这个卤肉饭无论是味道还是色泽都很漂亮,受不了诱惑,瞬间消灭干净
附上做法:
准备工作比较多:
五花肉切小块。最好用肥瘦相间的。
紫洋葱切丁。土豆去皮切丁。香菇(蘑菇)切丁。大小最好都一致。
姜切片,另外准备,八角,桂皮,香叶,山楂,放在调料袋里。
鸡蛋煮熟去皮。
过程:
炸洋葱,这个是灵魂。必须炸到微黄。不用太多油,比平时炒菜多一点点就可以了。
土豆稍微炒一下。
不需要油,锅里直接加入五花肉,炒到变色。加入蘑菇,洋葱酥,土豆,翻炒均匀。
加入调料:两片生抽,一勺老抽,一勺蚝油,冰糖。然后加入水,没过食材就可以了。煮开。
转到铸铁锅里,加入鸡蛋。小火煮40分钟。汤汁粘稠就可以了。出锅前加盐调味。
煮饭,烫青菜。摆盘,开吃。
