昨天躺了一下午,晚饭前赶时间撸了一个全蛋海绵蛋糕😄玩那么久的烘培,好像是第一次在翻拌蛋糕糊时紧张😂终于不消泡泡啦~又完成了一个挑战哈哈

昨天看到群里培友撸海绵蛋糕,我说最怕翻拌面粉那一步,每次都大消泡,最后以失败告终!培友说用手拌,去下厨房看还真的有博主方是用手拌的(直接下手,不借用工具)看来大家都尝试过了工具不好操作!

打发全蛋比较费时,但是入手的这个新的打蛋器转速挺给力哈哈😄感觉可以和厨师机一比,五分钟之内搞定,看到大家评论都说电动打蛋器需要十多分钟呢。紧张的翻拌结束,木有消泡,倒入模具 洒上性感的小芝麻放入烤箱开烤。

全蛋海绵蛋糕口感 感觉更有蛋糕味吧,更香😍小时候蛋糕的味道~戚风口感细腻点,感觉好神奇,都是用鸡蛋,一个全蛋打法,一个分离蛋打法,做出的蛋糕口感相差那么大!
