又好多天没撸面包了，在不撸撸 下半月大降温 可能就更不想玩了，趁上半月还不那么冷，珍惜时间玩玩吧😄
今日做南瓜椰蓉餐包，好像很少做南瓜包的，因为我也没觉得南瓜包口感有啥子特别，其实南瓜包也没啥南瓜味的（也可能是南瓜买的不好）只是颜值上去了😍金黄灿灿，诱惑爱吃包的宝子哈哈~~
这次用的是贝贝南瓜，第一是这瓜水分少 好掌握粉、水比例。在个可能口感比老南瓜略好一丢丢~现在菜场卖的都是外地的老南瓜，真怀念小时候本地的老南瓜口感😍现在的老南瓜和那时的根本 没得比没得比。
一个小贝贝瓜都没用完，成品就这么黄！不过口感也没有比原味椰蓉餐包好吃，瓜买失败了，口感不好！木有淡淡的南瓜香。而且每次做的南瓜包拉丝效果都没有 原味的好，这是不是加了粗粮（南瓜）的原因呢？和南瓜包🎃说拜拜咯~下次换咸口的做。。
